postpartum journey. There really is no pressure here and no commitment.

Starting Package
$280

This includes:

One Prenatal Meeting

After services are booked, we will meet to develop your unique postpartum plan. We'll evaluate any other support you may have, and develop an anticipated schedule for visits. This is also a great opportunity to go over meal preparation and any other things you may want to do before baby arrives.

12 Hours of In Home Support

Support will be provided in 3 or 4 hour long visits. You can choose anywhere from 1-4 visits per week, depending on your needs.

30 Mins of Virtual Support

This type of support may not always be needed, but will be reserved for you. It is a way to virtually check in if something comes up between visits. Virtual support will be provided as one 30-minute video chat session, available once my time in your home begins. Additional virtual sessions may be added on if needed.

During our time together I am also available to you via text, email, and at times by phone.

All Packages Are Customizable

The Starting Package is the minimum commitment required to book services. A deposit of $140 is required when booking, which secures your place on my calendar. The remainder of the balance will be due prior to the first in home start date.

Additional hours are always welcome. You can book additional hours now, or can add hours on later as you learn what works for your family. Any additional hours will be billed on a weekly basis, with payment due in advance to each week's services.

Additional hours are billed at $22/Hour, and are provided in 3 or 4 hour long visits.

The weekly maximum is 16 hours.

I believe that having support should not be a luxury, and that cost should not be a barrier for necessary support.
I am willing to discuss your investment and to brainstorm alternative ways of supporting families pre or postnatally.
